🌱 Bamboo Peak Milk Oolong is grown on Mr. Lin's farm in Zhushan, Nantou, using organic practices. Bug-Bitten White Tip Oolong is grown on Mr. Zeng's farm in Sanming, Fujian, and is USDA-certified organic. Smoked Cassia Rock Oolong is grown on Mr. Chen & Mr. Liu's farm in the Wuyi Mountains, and is also USDA-certified organic. Spent leaves are *gold* for your compost pile.

1) Heat water to 205°F.
2) Use ~2.5g tea for ~8-12 oz of water in an infuser mug.
3) Pour hot water over tea leaves.
4) Cover and steep for 2 mins.
5) Remove infuser basket and set aside until your next steep. Enjoy this round!
6) Repeat until tea is too light for your taste.
