鸭屎香单丛乌龙
Ya Shi Xiang Dan Cong
Origin: Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou, China

Earthy Aroma // Sweet potato, Hops, Longan

Contrary to its name, the amber brew of our Duck Shit Oolong tastes of sweet potato, hops, and longan, and has an aroma that leans earthy and floral. So why the extremely…evocative name? Legend has it the farmer who developed this cultivar was so enamored of his creation that he began guarding all his production secrets jealously. By naming his varietal Duck Shit, he gave zero hints about its lineage and tried to throw everyone else off his tracks!

肉桂岩茶乌龙
Rou Gui Yan Cha
Origin: Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou, China

Earthy Aroma // Plum, Mineral, Caramel

We get our Sweet Cassia Rock Oolong from the Chen family, who grow this soul-satisfying tea high up on the craggy slopes of the Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve in China’s Fujian province. Rock teas, or yan cha, are named for the rocky soils of the Wuyi Mountains, which are justifiably famous for producing delicious teas. You can savor the terroir upon brewing — an initial earthy aroma is rounded out by tasting notes of plum, mineral, and caramel.
