MINI: Midnight Blossom Oolong (10g)

~mMm fragrant~ Dancong oolongs are famous for their many varied aromas and flavors. The different characteristics of the plants themselves are amplified by skilled tea masters, who subtly tailor their tea processing techniques for each varietal + harvest, from picking → withering → tossing → more withering → heating → rolling → drying → roasting → WHEW, a whole lotta work goes into a cup of tea!

Feels like: A flickering candle, an open journal, a meander down memory lane. A window thrown open to the flowers shimmering outside in the full moonlight. A sip of sweetness and warmth.

10g of tea is good for:
• 12+ mug servings (2.5g/mug, steeped 3+ times)
• 10+ gaiwan servings (5g/gaiwan, steeped 5+ times)
• 1.5 liters cold brew

1) Heat water to 205°F.
2) Use ~2.5g tea for ~8-12 oz of water in an infuser mug.
3) Pour hot water over tea leaves.
4) Cover and steep for 2 mins.
5) Remove infuser basket and set aside until your next steep. Enjoy this round!
6) Repeat until tea is too light for your taste.
